AMUQER JEWELLERY DELIVERY POLICY

When purchasing from https://www.amuqer.com, you agree to the prices and payment terms, which are subject to change. Payment can be made by credit/debit card.

Payment is made on our website through Stripe. Payments made by credit card are subject to interest, which varies according to the number of installments. Purchases made by credit card are approved immediately.

All personal information provided when making a purchase is confidential and will only be used to complete your purchase and ship your order.

Shipping and Delivery: Our shipments are made to the entire USA, currency unit USD. We offer free shipping to the USA.

Processing and Delivery Time: After confirmation of purchase, the order processing time, known as handling time, is 02 (two) to 04 (four) business days, from Monday to Saturday. For orders placed before 12:00, the standard processing time will apply. After the deadline, one day will be added to the estimated delivery time.

Normally, our orders are separated for shipping 24 hours after payment confirmation. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact our support team via email within 24 hours of purchase so that we can update your address. If this period passes, the customer must track the progress of the order with the code provided and contact the carrier in their city to report the incident and pick up the package at the agency closest to the address provided. It is the customer's sole responsibility to fill in the address correctly and truthfully.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (up to 24 hours after making the purchase). Most orders are separated for shipping the day after purchase. Once our logistics team has separated your order, we can no longer cancel it. We reserve the right to accept or refuse receipt of the order. If you refuse to receive your order, we will immediately refund the full amount of your order.

Important Note: Any order that has been separated or shipped can no longer be canceled.

Tracking and Monitoring: When your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking code so that you can track the status of your order through our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order tracking information to be updated.

Product Quality and Benefits: We offer durability and quality in our pieces that no other e-commerce in the United States offers. This requires us to have a partnership with an international supplier that guarantees the quality and delivery of all our products. Our product has several benefits that are not found in national products, as there are no factories in the United States that perform the plating that we perform on our pieces, because it is very expensive for national manufacturers! In addition, our pieces undergo rigorous quality and safety tests to ensure that the customer receives their product in excellent condition.

Customs Tax: Upon arrival in the United States, during customs inspection, your product may be subject to tax. Should this occur, the charge will be the sole responsibility of Amuqer Joias. Please contact us at support@Amuqer.com to request payment of the tax.

Additional Information: All orders placed will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer through the Carrier.

The estimated average delivery time, known as transit time, for products is 12 (twelve) business days for deliveries via Carriers, from Monday to Saturday throughout the USA. There may be variations in the time frame by the Carrier, the Federal Revenue Service and possible strikes, in addition to other factors beyond our control.

The customer agrees that, from the moment the item is out for delivery, all logistics for the item become the responsibility of the carrier selected at the end of the purchase. All deliveries are subject to the carrier's delivery restrictions and policies.

If you do not receive your order within 35 (thirty-five) business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@amuqer.com, providing your name and order number so that we can resolve your issue.

Delivery Rules:

  • The delivery may be made by any person responsible for receiving the product at the indicated address, upon signature of the delivery receipt and presentation of a document;
  • If the Carrier has difficulty delivering the product on the first attempt (recipient absent, difficulty in locating the address, among others), 1 (one) more delivery attempt will be made with an average interval of 48 business hours between each attempt. If delivery is not completed on the new attempt, the merchandise will be available at the Post Office indicated on the tracking page for 10 (ten) days for the customer to collect their order. In this case, it will be necessary to present the tracking code and CPF;
  • If the order is not collected, as soon as the merchandise returns to our logistics center, we will cancel the order and the purchase amount will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase, and we will then send proof of the refund.
