Access the Amuqer Joias website, choose the product. If there are any color or size variations, check carefully that you have chosen correctly.

Check your cart
Before finalizing your purchase, check that all the desired items are in your cart! If necessary, don't forget to add new items or change the quantity.

Shipping type
Enter your zip code in the “Delivery” field. You will be offered some shipping options and the delivery time. Select the best option and click “Finalize Order”.

Enter your email address
If you are already a customer, enter your email address to log in. If you are not yet, enter a valid email address to register.

Payment information and method
Already registered? Check that all your information is correct and update it if necessary!

How do I know if my order has been approved?
Amuqer Joias sends you a confirmation email for all purchase processes.
ATTENTION! All purchases made using a credit card go through a third-party analysis team to approve your order. Please note that this analysis can take up to 02 (two) business days.
Purchases made via bank slip will only be confirmed after payment and bank clearance.

What payment methods are accepted on the website?
To complete your purchases at Amuqer Joias, you can choose the following payment methods:

- CREDIT CARD
Pay your purchases in up to 12 installments.

- PIX
Fast and secure automatic approval via "copy and paste" key or encrypted "QR code" that expires after a period of time for security reasons.

- BANK SLIP
The expiration date for bank slips is 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

ATTENTION: We do not send printed copies of the slip to your home address.

What is the payment confirmation period?
It may take up to 2 (two) business days for payment confirmation of the order. All purchases made using a credit card go through a third-party analysis team to approve your order, which is usually approved quickly, but this is the maximum period. Bank slips, on the other hand, will be approved after they are paid and the bank whose payment is being made makes the compensation. If you have not received confirmation by email after 3 business days of your payment, please contact our customer service center.

Yes! What is the delivery time for my order?
The delivery time depends on your region and the shipping method chosen and the availability of the merchandise. It is worth checking the "shipping policy" tab.

How much will I pay for shipping?
All AMUQER stores guarantee free standard shipping via Correios. If you choose another option at checkout, the different amount you choose will be charged.

My merchandise was lost or stolen, what do I do?
Contact our Customer Service Center by email at support@Amuqer.com or by phone at +1 415-326-2945, providing the order number or registered CPF. We will open a case with the carrier and, as soon as the loss is confirmed, we will send the products purchased (subject to stock availability), or a coupon for the purchase amount or a refund of the amount paid.

There was no one to receive the order. What now?
Did you buy it and no one was there to receive it? No problem, 3 delivery attempts will be made to the address provided. If no one is at the address, the package will be available for collection at the nearest Post Office for a period of time, and the person must present their documents during this period to collect it. If this does not happen, the product will be returned to the Distribution Center. However, it is important that you contact us to report the incident.

Are products delivered on weekends and holidays?
For some regions, deliveries are made on Saturdays – check if this service is available for your zip code, look for a post office closest to your home. There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays! And holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
