Amuqer's exchange policy

Amuqer's exchange policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, providing transparency and respect for consumer rights.

Exchange deadline

Exchange: The deadline to request an exchange is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Conditions for exchange

The product must show no signs of use, be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Accessories, gifts or any additional items provided with the product must be returned.

Exchange process

The customer must contact our Customer Service (SAC) within the established deadline, informing the reason for the exchange or return.

After analyzing the information, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

After receiving and checking the condition of the product, we will exchange it for an equivalent item or, if preferred, we will provide a voucher to be used in future purchases.

Shipping costs

Amuqer is responsible for the shipping costs of the new product in case of manufacturing defect or shipping error.

In cases of exchange due to personal preference such as color of the pieces, size of the product or model, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

The jewelry considered out of warranty are:
• Darkened by dirt;
• Broken;
• Incomplete;
• Scratched;
• Broken;
• Dented;
• Reddish;
• With opaque or milky stones;
• Due to misuse;
• Worn by constant use;
• Detachment or darkening of the resin.

The right to complain about apparent or easily detectable defects expires after 30 days, in the case of the provision of services and non-durable products; which is the case of the parts we supply.

What are non-durable consumer goods?

Non-durable consumer goods are those for immediate consumption (or short-term consumption). Ex.: food, clothing, footwear, costume jewelry, etc.

What is a durable good?

A durable good is nothing more than a product that does not cease to exist with its use, such as: household appliances, automobiles, computer equipment, etc.

Price change in exchanges

Our exchange policy aims to ensure the best experience for our customers, while preserving the transparency and predictability of the prices charged. Therefore, in cases of exchanges of purchased products whose price has changed between the date of purchase and the time of the exchange request, the following rules apply:

1. Situations in which the price of the product has increased

If, at the time of the exchange request, the price of the product is higher than the amount paid for in the original purchase, the customer will be required to pay the difference for the exchange to be completed.

  • The payment of the difference in value must be made before the new item is shipped.
  • The amount to be considered for the difference will be the price in effect on the website at the time of the exchange request.
  • Payment can be made using the options available on the website, including credit card, bank slip or Pix, depending on the customer's choice and store availability.

2. Situations in which the price of the product has decreased

If, at the time of the exchange request, the price of the product is lower than the amount paid for in the original purchase, there will be no refund, credit or reversal of the difference in value.

  • This policy is justified by the fact that prices may vary due to promotions, seasonal adjustments and other commercial strategies adopted by the store.
  • The customer may choose to choose another product of greater value and pay the difference.

3. Application of the rule

The price adjustment rule applies exclusively to cases in which the exchange was requested by the customer, including:

  • Exchange for a different size, color or model than the one initially purchased.
  • Desire to replace with another item available in the catalog.

In cases in which the exchange is requested due to a defect in the product or a shipping error by the store, no difference will be charged, regardless of any changes in the price of the item.

4. Deadlines and procedures

  • The deadline to request an exchange follows the guidelines set out in our general exchange policy.
  • After the request, the customer will receive instructions for returning the original product and information on how to pay the difference, if applicable.
  • The new item will only be sent after confirmation of receipt of the original product and, if necessary, payment of the difference in value.

This policy aims to ensure fair exchange conditions, considering normal price variations over time and preserving commercial balance.

Gifts have rules according to the promotion or coupon granted

Receiving a gift is subject to the specific conditions of the promotion or coupon used. Such rules may include minimum purchase value, category of participating products, limit of units per customer, among other requirements defined by the brand. Consult our team.
